All homeowners of Perrywood Manor are encouraged to attend and participate in the HOA meetings. From time-to-time the Board of Directors may invite certain vendors to give a presentation at a meeting on issues relevant to the community. The meeting materials, which include the agenda and the prior month’s draft minutes, will be distributed by the Board in advance of each meeting. Please be advised that the prior month’s meeting minutes will not be posted until formally approved by the Board of Directors and will be posted on the Association Members Page. 

*Due to the current Coronavirus pandemic and by following the recommended social distancing protocols avoiding in person meetings, all Perrywood Manor Homeowners Association meetings  will be held online via Zoom.  You may contact the HOA Board of Directors for the link to join a meeting.
